If you are a current customer and have not received a welcome email, please email solutions@flagstaffaz.gov or call Customer Service at 928-213-2231 so we can add your email to your current account. Please reference your water hauling account (phone) number in correspondence.

If you would like to set up a new prepaid water hauling account please follow the link below. Applications are approved during business hours 8am-430pm. Please allow at least 1 business day for processing.
